La Matamar" is located in the brand new residence "Vista Azul Golf & Spa XXIX" 600 meters from the restaurants and bars in Villamartin Plaza, about 4 kilometers from the beach and 200 meters from Villamartin Golf Course. This heavenly piece of paradise is just 40 minutes by car from the airport of Alicante. The residence has 5000m2 of greenery surrounded by palm, orange and olive trees. Centrally located is the eye-catching 24m long swimming pool which has a shallow children's pool and is wheelchair accessible.
