Rates

Check-in is possible from 16h.  Please check out by 11am, unless otherwise agreed with the hosts.

Prices include water, 8 kWh of electricity per day/night, bath towels, bed linen, kitchen linen, beach towels, Wi-Fi, digital TV with TV Vlaanderen (with the possibility to log in with your own Netflix account), and air conditioning (cooling and heating).

For the use of the private jacuzzi on the rooftop terrace, we charge an additional fee of €150. (If you do not wish to use it, the jacuzzi will be made inaccessible.)

TIP: Please keep the windows closed when using the air conditioning and close the jacuzzi cover when it is not in use.

The deposit is 350€ (500€ for 4 weeks) and will be refunded within 8 days after inspection by the key manager if no defects or damages are found and there is no additional consumption of electricity. If there is, it will be settled.

You can make a reservation request by phone or e-mail. If the apartment is free for the desired period, we will send you a confirmation e-mail. As soon as we receive the deposit of 350€, the reservation is final.

• Deposit: 350€, to be paid at reservation
• Advance 50%, payable within one month after reservation
• Balance: to be paid 1 month before arrival

• Must be notified by you by telephone or in writing via e-mail, enclosing the reservation confirmation. We will then e-mail back a cancellation confirmation.
• If cancelled up to 45 days before the start of the rental period, 25% of the total rental price will be charged
• Between 45 days and 15 days before the start of the rental period, 50% of the total rental price will be charged.
• In case of cancellation within 15 days before the start of the rental period, the full invoiced amount will be due
• The deposit will be refunded upon cancellation.
