Rates

Check-in is possible from 16h.  Please check out by 11am, unless otherwise agreed with the hosts.

Prices include bath linen, bed linen, kitchen linen, water & electricity, WIFI and smart TV (possibility to log in with own Netflix account) + TV Vlaanderen. When more than 80 kWh per week of electricity is consumed, we deduct the additional consumption from the deposit at 0,30€/kWh.
TIP: keep windows closed when using air conditioners.

The deposit is 350€ and will be refunded within 8 days after inspection by the key manager if no defects or damages are found and there is no additional consumption of electricity. If there is, it will be settled.

1 bedroom= 120 €

2 bedrooms= 135 €

80 euros for the cleaning of the flat
25 euros for the cleaning of the roof terrace, maintenance of the BBQ (plancha) and jacuzzi
15 euros per bedroom for the laundry of bath and bed linen
This must be paid in cash to the key manager on arrival at the flat

We ask you to leave the accommodation tidy: do not leave dishes, food in the fridge, full bins (rubbish can be deposited in the containers located on the street).

You can make a reservation request by phone or e-mail. If the apartment is free for the desired period, we will send you a confirmation e-mail. As soon as we receive the deposit of 350€, the reservation is final.

• Deposit: 350€, to be paid at reservation
• Advance 50%, payable within one month after reservation
• Balance: to be paid 1 month before arrival

• Must be notified by you by telephone or in writing via e-mail, enclosing the reservation confirmation. We will then e-mail back a cancellation confirmation.
• If cancelled up to 45 days before the start of the rental period, 25% of the total rental price will be charged
• Between 45 days and 15 days before the start of the rental period, 50% of the total rental price will be charged.
• In case of cancellation within 15 days before the start of the rental period, the full invoiced amount will be due
• The deposit will be refunded upon cancellation.
